"CHAVELLY SALES CONTRACT"

* All pet quality kittens are sold at 14 weeks or older already spayed/neutered, and microchipped.
* A health guarantee is offered on all sales.
* All pet quality kittens are sold only to persons who come to the Chavelly premises to meet and pick up their kitten as arranged by appointment.
* All kittens will have been provided with all their necessary vaccinations prior to sale and their health is guaranteed.
* Breeder/Show quality kittens and cats are sold only with 3 accepted references, including veterinarian reference, and are sold only to the most highly qualified buyers, as determined by Chavelly Cattery.
* All kittens and cats are sold exclusively to indoor homes only & shall NOT be declawed!
* The cat shall get medical attention as needed by a MD Veterinarian.
* We reserve the right to refuse sales & select only loving homes which meet our standards for the animal.
* All males sold for breeding and show are sold in a co-own with Chavelly Cattery and are NOT available for stud-service.
* There is a legal contract on all sales which elucidates the guarantees offered and the responsibilities of all parties in the contract.
* The standard contract is written in English, Chavelly can offer this in another language if preferred.
* Deposits are NON refundable.
